Terms and Conditions
By selecting and submitting a form you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined below, The warranty application is to facilitate the return of a product or part deemed warrantable for repair or replacement. The assessment process determines the eligibility on the following criteria, terms and conditions. ADE’s obligations and liability under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing free of charge at its factory or an approved worksite, including third party suppliers. - The policy applies to all ADE products in relation to the quality of material and workmanship and where the product is used for its designed and intended purpose and not damaged due to neglect or using outside of these parameters. - A twelve (12) calendar months warranty period applies to any parts proving defective in materials or workmanship from date of commissioning and not exceeding eighteen (18) calendar months from date of despatch from our works but does not include any installation or transportation costs. - ADE will repair or replace at ADE’s discretion, any new replacement parts purchased from ADE that are not supplied under a warranty and proves defective in material or workmanship within ninety days from the date of delivery to the initial user. - Warranty work will be carried out within standard day shift working hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. Additional costs incurred in carrying out approved warranty repairs outside of this time will be to client’s expense. - This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and ADE shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damages. This warranty covers only items manufactured by ADE, the products of other companies and trade accessories are covered by such warranties as are given by the respective manufacturers. - No warranty of any kind is made or shall be imposed, with respect to: 1. The Products that have been subject to operation in excess of recommended capacities, misuse, negligence or accident, or have been altered or repaired in an unauthorized manner, or using other than approved parts. 2. Accessory items, attachments, tools or implements not produced by ADE. 3. A product that has been used with an implement, attachment, accessory or equipment that created an excessive workload or stress upon a product or any part or component thereof. 4. Any liability whether in contract, tort or strict liability arising out of warranties or representations, or defects from any cause, shall be limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of parts under the conditions aforesaid. ADE is not responsible for direct or indirect, accidental or consequential damages or loss of use for any reason, including but not limited to, economic losses or other business expenses or costs resulting from a Warrantable failure. 5. Our policy is one of continuous improvement and we reserve the right to change specifications or equipment at any time without incurring obligation to incorporate such improvements in any machine previously supplied.

Where to from here?
The submitted application will be assessed and if approved an RMA number will be issued along with a freight label that accompanies the product for the return to ADE. Please organize any freight and insurance as required to forward the products to ADE. (All freight and associated costs are at the customers’ expense). Once the products are received, assessed and approved, the credit will be issued via the original invoice number.
Urgent Requests
If the product or part is required urgently, please send through an URGENT PO (with reference to RMAxxx). This will enable our team to arrange a replacement part to be shipped to avoid any further delays. The failed part / product will still need to be returned as per the original process in order for the warranty inspection process to continue. If we do not receive the warranty item back within 30 days of receiving the purchase order, the replacement part / product will be invoiced as a standard process. if we receive the warranty request part within 30 days and the warranty assessment comes back approved, the PO value of replacement part will be voided and a invoice will be sent through with a value of $0 to complete the warranty process. If the warranty does not get approved, we will provide you with alternative options including the cost to repair which may occur additional charges – including any strip and assessment fees.
