I / We understand and acknowledge by signing this application that Australian Diversified Engineering Pty Ltd ABN 25 010 891 997 (ADE) trading terms are thirty (30) days NET from the day of invoice, and I / we undertake to pay all accounts on the due date for payment.
If the account becomes overdue, the account will automatically be suspended until it is bought up to date.
I / We acknowledge that, upon acceptance of this application, ADE will notify the applicant in writing of the applicant’s account credit limit. If the account credit limit is exceeded the account must be paid in full.
I / We hereby agree to advise ADE immediately upon any changes to the information contained in this application and changes to the business structure making this application. I / We further agree that any change to any of the above particulars is subject to written approval by the Finance Manager of ADE from time to time.
Should this application be accepted by ADE, I / we hereby agree that the credit account shall be subject to the terms of this application and the terms and conditions of trade of ADE. A copy is available on our website, and the applicant has read, understands and agrees to abide by, and be bound by, such terms and conditions of trade.
I / We hereby authorise ADE to contact the trade references listed as part of this application.
I / We hereby certify that the above information is true and correct at the date of this application.
