Terms and Conditions
By selecting and submitting a form you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined below, The return for credit application is to facilitate a credit for the return of eligible and approved stock items based on the following criteria, terms and conditions. 1. Only approved ‘stocked items’ are eligible for return for credit. 2. All non-stocked or made-to-date items are strictly non-returnable. 3. All items must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. 4. A copy of the original invoice or Invoice number must be provided. 5. All items must be in ‘as new’ / resalable condition and undamaged. 6. Upload a photo of the product highlighting the ‘As New’ condition. 7. A handling and restocking fee will apply to all returns as detailed, 8. Standard stocked items incur a 5% restocking fee. 9. Electrical components 15% (approved only items have been tested and validated resalable). 10. A Returns Material Approval (RMA) number will be provided to the customer by ADE via email to facilitate assessment on the basis of the criteria. 11. All procurement costs including freight costs incurred are paid by the customer. 12. All goods returned are the responsibility of the customer, (including insurance if required) and returned at their own risk. 13. Items under $20 are not elidable for credit return. 14. Where to from here?
The submitted application will be assessed and if approved an RMA number will be issued along with a freight label that accompanies the product for the return to ADE. Please organize any freight and insurance as required to forward the products to ADE. (All freight and associated costs are at the customers’ expense). Once the products are received, assessed and approved, the credit will be issued via the original invoice number.
